1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or using our appliance repair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Bosch Repair provides in-home appliance diagnostic and repair services for Bosch-brand appliances. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. All service requests are subject to technician availability and geographic service area limitations.
3. Appointments & Scheduling
Appointment times are estimates and may be subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any scheduling changes. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
4. Diagnostic Fee
A diagnostic service fee may apply to cover the cost of technician travel and initial assessment. This fee will be communicated prior to the service visit. The diagnostic fee may be applied toward the cost of repair if you proceed with the recommended service.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in US dollars. Final pricing is determined after diagnostic assessment. Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified at the time of service.
6. Warranty
We provide a limited warranty on parts and labor for completed repairs. The warranty period and coverage details will be specified on your service receipt. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, power surges, or subsequent repairs performed by third parties.
7. Access to Premises
You agree to provide our technicians safe and reasonable access to the appliance and the area where the appliance is located. An adult (18 years or older) must be present during the service visit.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific repair service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Bosch Repair and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
